My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, complete with rose petals and champagne, were beautiful and very roomy with a view of the ski mountain. However, although I booked a standard room and I'm Platinum Elite, I was disappointed that no suite upgrade was available.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff is super friendly, but it felt like most guests were a bit cranky. Unfortunately, the paper never made it to our suite. However, the hotel did offer essential services like room service, dry cleaning, and ski equipment hire.

The hotel offered excellent facilities including a spa for a tranquil morning and convenient support services for ski equipment. However, it seemed overcrowded at times due to not being large enough for the hotel population.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location at the lower mountain of Deer Valley Resort, offering fantastic ski access. The service was exceptional, especially from Mitch Paine, who was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The dining experience at J&G Grill was delightful, perfect after a relaxing spa session. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement in terms of other staff interactions.
